I founded Tech Team to be the technology partner local business actually deserves, not a faceless help desk, but one person and one team accountable for everything from your firewall to your storefront. I sit on the growth and partnership side: I'm who you meet, who scopes the work, and who stays on the hook that it gets done right.

My work runs the full technology stack most shops never touch together, managed IT and cybersecurity, FBI CJIS compliance for law enforcement, workflow automation, low-voltage cabling and cameras, and e-commerce for food brands. From the wire in the wall to the store on the screen, I connect the systems most vendors leave siloed.

The proof is in the work: I passed a full CJIS audit for the Hasbrouck Heights Police Department (FIPS-compliant), and I run a custom Shopify Plus platform that processes tens of millions of dollars a year, unifying retail POS, B2B, direct-to-consumer, and online orders into one system.

Before Tech Team, I spent a decade as a systems administrator at Wieden+Kennedy, the global creative agency, keeping enterprise IT running for one of advertising's most demanding shops. I hold a B.S. in Information Technology from Montclair State University. Fifteen years in, I still do this because I like solving complex problems and watching a business run better once the technology finally works.
